As a leading ODM bag manufacturer, AG Bags Factory helps turn early ideas into workable specifications, approved samples, and production-ready bags.
End-to-end development process
Our team connects product development and manufacturing in one workflow—from concept review and Tech Pack support to prototypes, testing, production, packaging, and delivery coordination.
A reference image is not a production specification. Missing dimensions, unclear materials, untested stress points, and undefined packaging can lead to repeated samples, cost changes, and late launches.
AG Bags Factory helps you make the right product decisions before bulk production. We translate your market goal into materials, construction, features, branding, and acceptance standards that your team can review and approve.
Reduce development risks
gives your team a clearer path to commercial supply. It reduces the risk that a good-looking sample becomes too expensive, hard to produce, or inconsistent at scale.
Tell us your requirements, We review the concept against function, materials, construction, target cost, quantity, and timing before recommending a development route.
We provide Mockup and Tech Pack support, helping you organize reference images, dimensions, components, colors, logo details, and packaging requirements into a clear development specification.
We help select fabrics, lining, padding, reinforcement, webbing, zippers, buckles, and other components around the product’s use. For functional bags, we can develop load-bearing points, compartments, MOLLE systems, hydration compatibility, laptop protection, and ergonomic support.
We use sampling to check size, capacity, structure, comfort, color, materials, logo execution, packaging, and other agreed product requirements. Ensure the approved sample fully meets your production standards before bulk production begins.
After approval, we coordinate materials, production, quality checks, packaging, inspection, and shipment. One factory path replaces separate development, Production, packaging, and logistics suppliers.

A strong ODM process protects customer value, manufacturability, margin and repeat supply at the same time.
We review seam access, stress concentration, zipper paths, curves, reinforcement, component assembly, and material behavior to improve production consistency and remain repeatable in production.
Compare fabrics, components, construction and packaging against the customer target price. The objective is a workable business case—not simply the cheapest specification. We help evaluate cost against customer value and risk
During the development stage, we define standards for colors, materials, and components. This ensures every production run matches the approved references and sourcing plan, helping maintain product consistency and support reliable, on-time replenishment.
Standard samples typically take 3–7 days. Complex structures, special materials, multiple colorways, or testing can extend the schedule
Based on the client-approved written checklist, we verify all key product requirements, including dimensions, capacity, fit, accessibility, load performance, comfort, materials, color, hardware, logo details, workmanship, packaging, and any market-specific requirements.
Every requested change is recorded with its version, reason and impact on material use, tooling, unit cost and timing. After approval, the sample and specification are frozen before material commitment.
